If you’re a recent graduate wanting to start your career with a growing company making a positive impact, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
We’re an Australian, venture-backed ed-tech startup with global ambitions. We’re driven by a mission to improve education. Our in-house content production, tech, sales, and support functions are unified in supporting secondary students and teachers across New South Wales and Victoria to achieve outstanding learning outcomes with our innovative online education resources.
What we’re looking for:
With over 700 client schools across Victoria and New South Wales, and a growing team of internal clients, we’re looking for someone to join us in supporting our ever-increasing customer base.
If you’re a recent university graduate wanting to start your career with a company making a real, positive difference then this may be the perfect opportunity for you! We look for people with a growth mindset, who are eager to learn, solve problems, grow our processes, challenge the way we do things, and help us to constantly improve as a team and company.
As a member of our Client Support Team, you’ll be primarily responsible for providing client, technical and billing support to our schools, users, and to the wider company. A drive to build and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients and end users, an excellent customer service manner, and strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial to succeeding in this role. We’re a data-driven, agile team, and we’re happy to teach if you’re willing to learn.
We’re rapidly scaling and the pace is fast with lots of projects already in the pipeline – if you’re energised by a dynamic working environment, you’ll love it here!
Our team is made up of people from a variety of backgrounds, and we’re committed to sharing knowledge and learning from each other. There is no ‘perfect fit’ for the role, and we’re excited to see what our next team member can contribute to our team culture and skill set.
What we can offer you:
We’re constantly evolving as a team and company, and we’re committed to individual development. As a new Edrolo team member, we’ll run you through a comprehensive onboarding program to get you fully up to speed on our systems and processes, and feeling settled and comfortable in your new role. Beyond this, there is no shortage of opportunities to grow your skills, explore new ideas, develop and improve processes, and solve real problems – we’ll support you in building out your goals and helping you achieve them.
If you’re to join us, you’ll be working in a vibrant Fitzroy office with around 80 other team members. Our surrounding coffee options are plentiful, our plant life is en pointe, and our team is welcoming of all comers. We have regular team and company social events, and we make time to come together to celebrate our successes and share our learnings.
