About the role

Our Analyst role is perfect for high achievers who want to be part of a fast-paced team and are looking to make a real impact in the education space. The role is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited experience in a professional setting, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development within the role, team, and company.

The primary responsibility of the role is to provide customer support to our client schools, Edrolo users, and the wider company. We're looking for people with experience and a knack for customer service, and an interest in developing meaningful relationships with our users. Being a startup, there are plenty of opportunities to hit the ground running and make an impact on our procedures and processes now. Additionally, there is excellent growth potential for the right candidate.

An excellent customer service manner is required, as is the ability to think creatively and get things done. We look for problem solvers who are switched on and like a challenge. You will need to be able to integrate seamlessly with our existing diverse and fun team.

Key role responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to our teachers, students, school leaders, and internal Edrolo clients
  • Managing user account queries by email and phone
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with key contacts at secondary schools
  • Assisting students, teachers, parents, and those in leadership positions at schools to use Edrolo at full capacity
  • Helping scale up our processes as the business grows
  • Actively contributing to a positive team culture
  • Other tasks as required
