About Edrolo

Our mission is simple: to improve education. We are a high-growth, fast-paced, values-driven company, building next-generation learning resources that are in use in over 1,000 secondary schools across Australia.

The Role

At Edrolo, we believe that improving education takes more than building great resources and selling them to schools. To get great outcomes, schools need great support. We’ve designed our client happiness ethos from the ground up with this in mind, and we’re looking for someone to join our team of Learning Innovation Associates in this mission.

The Learning Innovation Associate (LIA) role builds relationships with partner schools across Victoria (and beyond) by supporting teachers, students, and school leaders to use Edrolo effectively, by selling new Edrolo products to grow schools’ subscriptions and year-on-year usage and driving best practice through online and print resources to improve teaching and learning outcomes. Interactions with schools take place in person and virtually, and include strategic and consultative meetings, teacher and student training/PD, pitch meetings, and more.

Based in our Melbourne office, the role will give you the opportunity to work alongside enthusiastic and spirited people who are passionate about enhancing the teaching and learning experience in Australia. Our office is a relaxed and open space. We dress casually and work hard. We're constantly pushing ourselves and each other to achieve, to make things better, to drive us all forward.
